Childcare
Childcare is available to Sunrise students in our preschool and elementary programs. Sign-ups for this fee-based service is done during school orientation and is limited to a certain number of children. The childcare program is supervised by Ilda Dennis and Teresa Resso.
Teresa Resso
Teresa is the co-director of our childcare program. She received her Associate Degree in Childhood Development from Santa Rosa Junior College, before going on to become a Director of several preschool cooperatives. She has a Master teacher permit from the State of California. Teresa has two adult daughters and enjoys cultural events, museums, and art.
Ilda Dennis
Ilda is an avid camper, as well as a baker, gardener, and
seamstress. In addition to helping in the Bonsai room, she is the co-director of our childcare program and is always on
hand to read a story, push someone on a swing, or tuck them in at
nap-time.
