Communication
We want parents to be well informed about school activities. All regularly scheduled events and holidays are in the Calendar section of the website. In addition, classroom teachers post information in the Classroom section of the website, as well as send regular communication home which can be found in your child's folder in front of their classroom. Each month, Sunrise publishes a newsletter, "The Sun", that contains school news, student work, Montessori philosophy, etc.
You will also receive time-sensitive information from the office via our School Announcement system -- an automated recorded message sent to your home or cell phone. As often as possible, we use electronic means of communication to help protect our environment.
